Uppdrag

Jag arbetar kontinuerligt i korta och långa uppdrag med organisationer inom både privat och offentlig sektor. Här kan du läsa mer om vilka tjänster jag erbjuder.

Ett exempel på ett längre uppdrag är för Ericsson, som jag bland annat hjälpt att bygga upp ett systematiskt arbete med trendanalys. Så här skriver Henrik Blom, Strategy Manager på Ericsson Digital Services, om uppdraget:

“Given the pace of our industry we found ourselves in need of structuring our strategic intelligence work, and this is then where we started to collaborate with Henrik Sköld.

Thanks to Henrik’s experience and skillset it became a journey in which we learnt how to manage our past, our current and our future by working with trends in a much more professional way than before.

Looking back, not only did we manage to build a structure to manage trends, but also start a movement in which we got many parts of our organization to view and divide the world around us in form of trends.”

Ett annat längre uppdrag är för Energimyndigheten, där jag arbetar löpande tillsammans med deras omvärldsanalysfunktion för att utveckla deras arbetssätt kring omvärldsanalys.
